NEXT GENERATION EU FUNDS

In July 2020, the European Commission approved an aid package for all member states called Next Generation EU, the largest economic stimulus instrument ever financed by the European Union. Its purpose is to contribute to repairing the economic and social damage caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

Thanks to this aid, Toybe has made a significant investment in environmentally friendly technologies and digitalization. Specifically, two actions have been carried out within the FEDER Operational Program of La Rioja 2014-2020 and the REACT-EU Funds:

  • 2022-P-INP-00039. Investment in Machinery and New Equipment
  • 2022-P-TI4-00007. Digitalization and ICT Systems

Also with the help of these European funds, Toybe has equipped the production plant with one of the largest self-consumption photovoltaic solar power plants in Spain, to produce our own 100% clean energy and contribute to reducing the carbon footprint.
